Leonardo Hotel Hannover Airport - Langenhagen (Hannover)

Comfortable and close to the airport.

It's nothing, but it wasn't toothpaste. It was very upsetting.

It's perfect hotel with accommodating staff at reception desk.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our family particularly liked having the pool available and the the minifrig in the room and the comfy pillow offer were extra nicities. The breakfast buffet is certainly convenient for families on the road. The one here was well done but at 18 euro per person it's quite pricey; thank goodness there is no charge for children!

Extra charges for internet access are disappointing. In this day and age, that should be available everywhere as a basic room feature. There is, however, a computer in the lobby that customers can use if needed. The only other suggestion we can offer management is to consider replacing the well worn carpeting in the high traffic areas (lobby, elevators).

It is something out of ordinary to make a person comfortable without even asking. I would like to come baack again this time with family to experience the comforts and Hospitality.

Modern hotel, room was functional and great-sized. The rooms with the bedside tables and a GOOD space for working and comfortable beds, fabulously helpful and very efficient staff both at reception desk and restaurant. Ideal and handy location, only a short distance to everywhere.

Very nice hotel. The airport is a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

They gave me a room for smokers even if I mention in booking for non-smoker's one! it was really bad smell in room! Also barmen in lobby bar was very "unhappy" then I wanted to pay by credit card for beer. Looks like this hotel still living in last century in that area. Also his servise was terrible - me, and others gests, must wait for he come to you even if you ar sitting by the bar for 5-10minutes. Very unpleasant one!

Hotel is a five to ten minute walk from the terminals of Hannover Airport. It is clean and both check-in and check-out were quick. Ideal for staying there after your arrival at the airport or before an early departure. For sightseeing and shopping in downtown Hannover you can take the 3 Euro trip with the S-Bahn which leaves every half hour or so from Terminal b and drops you off right in the heart of Hannover.

After entering all my data (name, address, etc) when booking online, it should not be necessary to having to re-enter all that on the form at the hotel.

Good localization, good parking, clean and comfortable room

The convenience, easy into the city.The staff was excellent. Probably one of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed at. We ended upo extending our stay 2 more nights.

Not a complaint, as I booked late, but the rates for the conference were inflated due to EMO. That is to be expected due to the size of that show. The other two nights that I extended were reasonably priced.

Large glass freezer for ice lollies, but no fridge in the room.

Clean, and next to an airport

We asked if they could look after our bikes via Booked.net. Clearly they never read the booking and wanted us to prove that we had requested it. Needless to say they had nothing unlike every hotel we used during the visit. The hotel questionaire asked for feedback, where do I start? The place is a 4 star yet the shaving mirror was bust, there was no light to make up by, there was no light in the bath, there was no where to put clothes, surfaces were dusty, the food was expensive, there was no menu in the room and the builders were in. Basically its a 3 star charging for position. Recommendation purely for the position, do not expect a lot

Nice personal, airport shuttle.

I really did not like that I had to pay for the internet, and it was expensive! We are in 2012 (soon 2013) free wifi is a must.

I stayed for one night in a spacious Comfort Twin Room. The service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the airport easy.
